The only thing I can suggest is to get new waiting area chairs. While the current chairs are modern and sleek, and match the decor, they are horribly uncomfortable. My repair was a minor one, only taking 30 minutes. I cannot imagine sitting in those chairs for a couple of hours while waiting on a longer repair.Very courteous and fast service
