Even not filled wiper liquid, asked extra money for removing for nail, I paid for maintenance until 200k miles with extra 2000 usd when purchased vehicle with same dealer, till date I have not received what it covers

I still haven't been informed on what was wrong with my vehicle or what was repaired exactly.My service advisor did go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was a overwhelming and busy time at the dealership, but she made sure I was taken care of during the holiday season.
