The service was excellent. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer alignment for my vehicle. This was an inconvenience since I was getting new tires.

The auto phone system would not allow me to correct information but the actual staff was greatTiffany was awesome. I explained I had another appointment and she confirmed that the service team was on schedule and I will be out in time. I actually got out with time to spare. I appreciate how smooth swiftly everything went!Every experience has been great, the staff is awesome and I love my car!

There was paint marker still on the windows, a plastic piece was missing from the top where the cargo rack connects, found a scratch on the back bumper and lots of micro scratches all over the car and the tire pressure was lowOver all people were kind and professional. My main issue was the false advertising and the typical car sales tactics to try to get more cash out of me. That kind of ruined it more for me. That and the fact there was scratches on the car. It's a brand new car!!!!I was told on TikTok via their ad 0% interest for 72 months. No mention of credit qualifications. I want my 0 interest. If I don't get it that is FLASE ADVERTISING. Sorry but I won't accept any other excuses. I want what was promised. Also was not impressed with the low trade at first when I had a previous offer of 22 grand from another dealershipWell I am ultimately glad I bought a mitchubishi however.....I didn't like the false advertisement. I went because on tic tok they had 2 blond ladies saying I could get anything on the lot for 0% interest for 72 months. No mention of any qualifications of credit scores. Just a promise of 0% interest for 72 months as long as I come in and buy a car before January 1 2026. Another thing was they tried to hold back on the trade in value of my vehicle and force me to finance the new car 2025 eclipse cross for 550 a month. They only wanted to give me 19 thousand for my rav 4. Other dealer ships offered 22 thousand. I told them get me a price around 450 or I'm leaving. 5 min later they got me 468 a month at 9.8 interest. OK great got my price but that tells me that they were trying to make a higher profit on me. Between that and the promise of 0 interest I was upset but took the deal because they did go to the price I requested. However I hope next time they give me the best deal possible up front next time. Also I want what I was promised on the ad 0% interest.
