The two scanner’s that the service area has where is not working and the scanner that they got in to fix the problem did not have the right software downloaded onto it or something so it took a few days to do a five minute fix that wasn’t the service department’s fault they should be equipped with the correct tools. They need to service the vehicles in a timely manner for the customers.The Wi-Fi has never worked in the building for customers. And I was one of the very first customers that you guys had when you opened one of the sales reps or managers, even walked by and told a gentleman that she’s not sure why the sign is on the wall because it’s never worked for the Wi-FiIt would have been nice to have my car fixed within a few minutes since the problem was issue with a computer system, but I understand it wasn’t their fault that they didn’t have the scanner that worked properly. Tiffany is very sweet and very helpful and she went above and beyond to make sure that we were helped and satisfied she kept me very up-to-date on this situation. She has always been so kind to me each time. I am there.Even though it was hard to get a manager on the phone to answer a simple question Tiffany in the service area went above and beyond

I will be back!With speaking to the service manager you can tell he was a mechanic before, very knowledgeable and answered my questions I had on my vehicle. Will recommend this place!
