I had a maintenance request that I submitted that was not urgent but was something that was bothering me with my vent and causing a raddling sound. I asked Jennifer in the office if it could be fixed before the thanksgiving holiday and she was more than accommodating, understood my concern, was extremely friendly and told me she would sent Kurt to help within the hour. Kurt was very nice,understanding and kind as well to my dog. Overall with the help of Jennifer and Kurt all was well I am very happy my request was solved so quickly.
