Overall, living experience was fine. I had no issues here at all, whether it was staff or neighbors. I would definitely be willing to recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to live in the Stafford area. The only thing I would ask for is a little bit more stricter enforcement on where people’s pets use the bathroom and I also felt like the towing situation was a little overboard. If these apartments were located in downtown Houston or maybe near NRG or Minute Maid, I could possibly understand enforcing parking and things like that. But it’s Stafford so not as necessary, except for times where the temple has events across the street then I would see how enforcing the parking stuff would be a little bit more necessary. I gave two stars for the move out process communication because to be quite frank I had absolutely no clue what to do lol I just received a phone call from the front office asking if I was bringing my keys on the day that my lease was expired. Other than that, I just kind of assumed the normal move out duties like removal of everything from the living space and cleaning the carpet and floors.

Apartment 1013 that was given to us, was really in very bad condition not cleaned at all, everywhere there were small and big cockroaches. AC filters were replaced not even one time, instead we had to do the same by own. AC duct and suction areas were stinking and found dead small and big cockroaches.

Excellent communication. Problems and concerns were handled in a timely manner.

Very nice staff, maintenance was always on time with inn a 48hr period I stayed here 6 years and would go back.

I love this complex! My neighbors are great! My son's school is less than a mile away. Shopping areas within a 15-20 drive. Close to IH-59 and Beltway 8. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The grounds/landscaping is kept up nicely.

We feel like we are leasing from our family. They are all so nice here and helps when you need it. We have had to call maintenance a few times and they came the same day and fixed what needed to be fixed. Their team is remarkable and efficient. You could not ask for a better place to live. Jamon is the complex manager and he is the nicest person you will ever meet. If you haave a problem he will fix it.
