I enjoy staying here. I'm actually considering on staying, but also interest in a unit thats a little bigger. Would love to go over the pricing difference to see if a unit that is a little bigger is within price range, if not, then would love to go over the renewal process of my current lease.

I Really Didn't Have An Issue

Very pleasant community to live in. The front office staff are very professional and help you with any issue you may have living here. I absolutely love it here at Colony Lake Estates

• Lack of communication from management/leasing office.• Noisy neighbors.• Apartment unit issues:• Missing shelf stud in one of the kitchen cabinets.• Torn flooring.• Bathroom cabinets are stuck, likely due to water damage from a previous tenant.

The staff have ears to listen to the concerns of tenants. They follow up, and do what it takes to bring about peace and harmony to the community
