Finally just moved the few remaining things due to the monthly cost.Finally got a place to move to

I had 2 units, I only needed one. I only cancelled this unit because I sold everything that was in it. I still have one and Megan is wonderful! Truly a pleasure!Convenient location & use of free moving truck.

There was nothing done wrong on the part of the staff or company, that wasn't my reason for moving. I always received clear communication during my three years of using this particular facility. The manager was clear with me upfront when I moved in, explained the various risks, encouraged me to arm myself with a lock of my choosing, and made things quite simple. I never had any bad experiences with the staff. My only advice would be to perhaps do a thorough and regular sweep of making the facility bug-free on all three floors of the building. During my move-out I frequently found the carcasses of insects, spider eggs and webbing especially along the walls and corners of my unit. Part of my wanting a climate-controlled facility as opposed to an outdoor one was to avoid such things, but I came to realize that bugs were going to come regardless, I suppose.My primary use for my storage unit was to provide myself with an island to bring my belongings to while I moved. After I moved into a smaller home, the unit was a needed bastion to help keep a little less clutter at that smaller home. Now that I've moved into a larger home, the unit was no longer necessary and I moved all of my belongings out of it.
