My insurance was not accepted and there was no explanation. Are you out of network for my new company I have had since Oct 2025–Network Go Insurance?

I would like to be notified when my dentist is changing. It was very off-putting for a person that I have never seen before coming in talking to me about whatever with no prior introduction. The lady who did the X-rays was also rude. The hygienist was nice but the overall vibe of the visit was bad. This place has really changed since I began coming about 10-12 years ago. It felt like how can we get the most money out of her and her insurance. There was no care given. I doubt that I will return.

Issue with front desk. The first time, I waited 25 min before being seen, and then I got to the back and they told me I should have filled out paperwork in the front but the people working in the front never gave me anything to fill out. I ended up running out of time for my cleaning. Yesterday, they did not have my insurance already verified, despite having scheduled this visit months ago. I waited 30 minutes. They were also unfriendly and acted like it was my fault.

Everything was on time no waiting time

I had a 7am cleaning appt. I arrived on time and was taken back to an exam room around 7:05am. Xrays were taken and finished by about 7:15am. I was told the dentist would be in to do my exam, then the cleaning. I sat in the chair for 30 minutes before the dentist finally came in to see me. The hygienist worked quickly, but I was still 20 minutes late to an 8am meeting. We've been coming here for years and cleanings were always done in an hour. If that has changed, it should be communicated.
