Such friendly, caring and non judgemental staff. They really out me at ease right away..and I am generally nervous about seeing the dentist.

The information / recommendation pertaining to breastfeeding after receiving lidocaine for fillings was incorrect and outdated, causing undue stress while caring for a newborn. Dentist recommended waiting 6-8 hrs or about 2 rounds of pump-and-dump. I confirmed afterwards with the pediatrician that there is no issue with maintaining a normal bf schedule after routine dental work. Advice as significant as feeding a 2 month old needs to be given with utmost certainty and not casually headed.

We waited 20 minutes after appointment time without any updates on how long it would be or acknowledgement of the wait. Thankfully this hasn’t been our previous experience there. It would be ideal to have minors in the larger rooms so that parents who wish to be present can quietly sit in the corner.

My appointment was scheduled for 5. I wasn't called back until 5:25 and my cleaning didn't start until 5:30. After my appointment I was told there was an issue with my insurance and was told I needed to wait longer after my appointment. After 5 minutes I was told there was no issue and I was free to go. I didn't appreciate that my time was not valued as a patient. I also had called earlier to provide my new insurance and being told there was an issue when there wasn't didn't help my experience.

My appointment was at 5:00 p.m. My hygienist was behind and nobody informed me. After waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes I approached the front desk and they told me he was behind. I was told I didn't confirm my appointment but I did not receive a text, phone call or email to confirm my appointment. I actually called in a week or two prior to my appointment to confirm the date.

Awesome truth about teeth cleaning, oral b brushes, water pics and effective, efficient whitening!

The air vent in the lobby is filthy. Air quality must be suffering.

I was asked by the dentist do you know what you are here for? And I replied yes to get my teeth cleaned. Then was told I needed a retainer for tooth grinding and bites on the inside of my mouth. I have tried this in the past and I couldn't tolerate it. THEN the hygienist said "so do you chew on your tongue?" Very odd reaction from all staff. The biting occurs while I am asleep so I have no control over it. I felt judged for declining the retainer. Please educate your staff about this condition.

I met yet another very professional hygenist and dentist. They were both great. However, I am dismayed by constantly being shuffled to new personnel. I do not know the staff and feel that I have no consistency with dental staff nor do they know my dental needs.

My appointment was for 9, and as soon as I arrived it was quick to get into a room and be seen by the doctor. Then I was left alone for about 20 minutes before the hygienist came. I got a thorough cleaning but usually get my teeth brushed too. That didn’t happen. Wondering if there is a new policy or something? I felt like I had a really great visit when I came in August so wondering if I can go back to that care team
