I use a walker. The staff has been absolutely awesome. Very friendly. Very compassionate. Very caring.Dr Ben is special. He made me feel comfortable. I’m extremely happy with his work. He’s confident and it translates to his work. I’m thrilled to find Lakeshore and Dr Ben.

I was disappointed in my first experience/appointment. The dentist rushed the consultation and didn't have confident advice. I left feeling uncertain about the next steps to solve the pain in my mouth.My second appointment the next day, to get another option was much more successful. With Ben. He listened to me and had honest, thoughtful feedback/recommendation.The first dentist was just going to cover up the problem. Ben is set on identifying the root of the problem and getting the right people to fix it, an endodontist.

When I got there I did not have my insurance information easily accessible and was worried I wouldn’t be able to have the appointment. The lady at the front desk worked with me and was able to give me a suggestion to find something I needed and I was so appreciative of her patience and help figuring things out.I am also newly pregnant and that was taken very seriously throughout the appointment and a plan was created based on that and my preferences. I also liked the new way of doing cleanings that is a lot quicker and more comfortable to endure.

The online patient information update app was poorly designed and frustrating. I have filled in many of these from other health providers with no problem but this one was a pain
