The online patient information update app was poorly designed and frustrating. I have filled in many of these from other health providers with no problem but this one was a pain

My experience every time I come Dr Ben is fantastic excellent excellent service always and the staff is very courteous

I was able to reschedule for a later time with no problem at all, which I much appreciated. My cleaning was the best ever and I was taken care of very well. All the staff is friendly and attentive. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

As a courtesy, it would be great if the office could text or call a patient when you’re scheduled appointment times are running more than 15 minutes late. I always give you the same courtesy. And if I were to run 35 minutes late for my appointment I would expect for you to tell me I need to reschedule. My visit on Saturday ran more than 30 minutes later than expected. Nobody told me that when I came in the door. It would’ve been great to know ahead of time.

Staff seems very knowledgeable about what to expect and answered any questions without hesitation. This is especially important for a new patient. Very friendly.

My office visit went as smoothly as it has always went. Dental assistant prepping me for the dentist Dr. Ben to my exam and closure at the end.

I had a mixed experience at my last visit. The cleaning was good, but the polishing was skipped, and I wasn't informed beforehand that I’d be seeing a different dentist that was not Dr Ben P. I found the new doctor’s exam style to be somewhat unstructured, and the exit process was awkward as I was left in the chair lifted with the lights still pointing at my face.
