I’m not entirely sure how to feel about my first visit. I feel like I was waiting a very long time for almost everything and I really wasn’t kept up to speed about what was going on. I thought I was going to establish a nice relationship with the dentist and workers there, but there was nothing to write home about. I felt like I was treated as an ordinary person and at some points even worse when it came to my actual cleaning from dental hygienist Cori. I felt like I was being judged for not having upkeep with going to the dentist for several years (personal reasons) and I was never told what the next steps were or what she was doing, or even if I was doing okay, she was very rough and did not come off as a pleasant person right from the introduction. I could have been there on a bad day which I have an upcoming appointment, so I’m hoping things turn around and that I was just overthinking everything a little too much. But I just thought things would be a little different especially when it comes to establishing a new patient.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I like the relaxed atmosphere.

The person who check me in was extremely friendly and clear about my treatment plan. The person who did my teeth cleaning was very thorough and patient, as, like many, I am not fond of dentist appointments. I appreciate how comfortable they made me feel.

Very nice staff and Dr Ben was very good .It would be nice to get a monthly statement on higher bills one lump payments are hard on a fix income I would recommend you to all my friends and family

It went okay except my problems filling the form out on my phone and with g for paper forms foe me to take home.

Emergency corona repair on a Saturday, everyone was professional and kind.

Staff was extremely friendly. Michael, my hygienist, was fabulous.
