Called at least 10 times over a 6 hour period and let it ring over 20 times with no answer. The front desk employee Sierra was very short with us stating she had heard other complaints. We did not get the accommodations we wanted. First visit thou has happened. Someone needs to answer the phone are it should roll to someone else.
