Always a great time

I was not impressed with your Sunday buffet. Staff seemed to be disorganized: Customers waited too long for clean dishware, Individual that was attending the meat cutting seemed to be preoccupied with too many other things, again customers waited. Salad bar needed to be restocked and spilled food cleaned up. When I asked for the soup spoons to be restocked, the gal indicated that spoons were available at the dessert area. These were T-spoons, not soup spoons. The quality of the food had been good, but was overcooked, or dried out and old looking. I heard many customers complaining among themselves that the food was not good. I was at the restraint at 5:30 and the food should have been at its highest quality. I think your have very nice facilities and should have had better quality.

Rooms were very nice, front desk cordial, only 3 towels in room for 4 guest. Casino bar very slow.

So far having a great experience. Second trip here and we got a 2 night stay in the executive suite. The employees are very welcoming and helpful.
