I love living here

I love it here the people here are so nice and the neighborhood is so quiet

I love to be living there it is nice to be there

So far communication and hospitality have been on point. Amber has been amazing with helping me through the steps and patient while I gathered the information beeded.

Don't feel like home. Rent increases without much interaction with the tenants, no upgrades, kitchen same size across the board 1 bedroom kitchen is the same size as a 3 bedroom apartment. Myself and other tenants feel money is being stolen from us not by the ppl in the office but the owners. The first time I stayed here it was nice I'm not sure who the owners are now.

Amber is extremely helpful and just has a wonderful attitude and demeanor. I greatly appreciate all of her help with the process.

I don't care to live at Lakeside Vista any longer, they have had 5-6 shooting since I lived here and the neighbors are ruled and nasty, they damage my property and they smoke all over the complex, when this is a smoke free complex. They smoke in the breathe way inside their apartment and it comes through the vents. Then they try to cover it with some other spray. They played there music to loud, all you can hear is this thump/base coming through the walls. The stairs are filthy with oil and trash with stuck on food from trash that my neighbor allow there young children to take out. In front of my front door there is literally some dried up ketchup and or barbecue sauce that I have to avoid stepping in coming in my apartment. The kids piss out side in front of door, they literally come from inside the house to piss out side. The roaches isn't that bad anymore since I MYSELF had to take care the issue myself because the company they had coming out was the freaking worst, It's like the spray they were using was just making them worse. The gate never fits anybody can come in and there is not enough cameras in the complex they only have them set up by the front gate by the trash and in the back of the complex and by the pool. The breezeway light is out that I asked a few months ago to be fixed and it hasn't, I don't like walking in a dark breezeway to get to my apartment. Parking at night is crazy! I'm in building one, I shouldn't have to park all the way by the mail boxes at night. My neighbor has 1 car and two big trucks and he takes up 3 space and it's just him and supposedly his daughter and her kids that I haven't seen in almost a whole year. I spoke to one of the ladies at the front desk and she claim she would do something about it and didn't. And taking about the front desk office every time I call no one ever picks up. I can go in the office and call in front of them and still they no one picks up, it just ring SMH! This place is the worse and believe me I am working on moving getting out here.

I would like to see the entrance gates repaired in a reasonable time frame. They sometimes remain broken more than a month at times.

It seems the Management is finally stepping up to take responsibility for the property. However, there is still lots of trash hidden around the buildings, landscape was hit hard a few years back and really needs some cleaning up, grass is sorely needed around some buildings. Would still like management to respond to emails and maintenance requests.
