I would like to see the entrance gates repaired in a reasonable time frame. They sometimes remain broken more than a month at times.

It seems the Management is finally stepping up to take responsibility for the property. However, there is still lots of trash hidden around the buildings, landscape was hit hard a few years back and really needs some cleaning up, grass is sorely needed around some buildings. Would still like management to respond to emails and maintenance requests.

There was no follow-up as promised.

Anna was very transparent and professional. I really appreciate the care she took in doing her job, and helping me. She should definitely be praised by her superiors for the job that she is doing.

I wish I didn’t have roaches but I have pest control items at home to treat my house. This is something that should be better maintained by landlord I believe.

It was a good tour

I dnt like the lack of urgency when it come to maintenance and repairs. It took over a month for anything to be done about a mold and mildew problem I had in my front closet. I still do not think it was treated properly. My neighbors up stairs are extremely loud. I’ve complained about them to the leasing office and was told to bring proof about the noise, in order for anything to be done. I think that is insane. People are always in the breezeway and outside of the windows late at night. Also I’ve been seeing roaches.

When I arrived to Lakeside Vista Apartments, I was immediately amazed by the location itself. I also love the communities size and floor plan.

Mine and my neighbors homes have been flooded with roaches because a NASTY apartment was left sitting for a couple weeks after a move out. As well as there not being enough space for trash nor proper access to the second. Nor any respect from residents for the property. Our property is covered in trash. Even deep in the natural spaces. You will find trash within a 3 ft radius across every square in. of this property. I have multiple neighbors experiencing mold issues. Have one that’s not had AC or heat for a couple years. There’s just so many things.
