When I was out of work for Covid as well as when I caught Covid,management was very supportive & understanding,they gave me grace until I was to make my payments. I’ve been here for 7 years now.

The answering service does not know who the current property manager is… please update their records… I asked them on 7/2/2025 for the PM name and they said Wendy- she’s been gone I believe over a year. #2… Office staff follow-up and customer service could be better. I sent my son in with me on the phone and they immediately said to him repeatedly tell your mom we’ll get back to her- before even knowing why he was there and that I was actually on the phone listening to them. He’s special needs and should have been provided better customer service- they would NOT have done an adult that way. Only because I told him NO… stay right there and let them know I need to speak with them now. They promised a callback two weeks before, that never happened. Then my ongoing issue with the payment portal is still not resolved and they don’t seem want to ask maybe corporate for assistance or escalate it. Just telling me they cannot go into my portal and make the update. Ummmm I can’t either- that’s the problem. As far as maintenance..Luis is excellent… I believe the other one Maine is no longer an employee- he was also great! Some of the hallways are awful and need a power washing asap and the trash at the far end of the complex is awful. Other than that the complex stays pretty clean.

I had a great experience with Mrs. April. She really helped me in trying to fill out the application and explaining the process to me. I think she was what gave me ease through the porcess
