Nice and reasonable

Lakeside Vista has been very good to me for many years, & a really nice place to call home. They're highly responsive, helpful, & very kind. Maintenance is great.

My car was broken into and there seems to be many children in community without adult supervision leading to many incidents.

Although it’s hard to get a call back they were very professional, clean, informative, the area and establishment is beautiful and I’d love to live here

Very, very slow, if likely to address concerns such as grills being used on balconies, abandoned cars, excessive barking (some barking is ok, but for hours????). Seems the management team changes so often new members are unaware of what has or hasn’t been addressed. We had a good team when Fairfield first tookover, but for some reason they were gone and haven’t been able to find the IN CHARGE MANAGER since.
