I would like the gym to be available at all times or at least 6am-10pm so that we can have time to use the facility. I do not work from home and I’m sure we pay for that amenity.

In 3yrs we've had 4 different Managerial staff. I don't think Corporate have any idea of this Community's needs. It's definitely not about ppl. living in units but restoring empty units. SMH

None at the moment

At Lakeside Vista all my needs are met. However I would like to see new appliances. My refrigerator has no ice maker.

New management is not pleasant . Everytime you go in the office , if its open, there are new workers there. The laundry and fitness areas are not 24 hrs eventhough i paid $25 for an access card. The gate is always open or broken . Practically every one here has a vicious dog or pitbull eventhough its against the lease! Its a mess ! Unfortunately i cant afford to move or i would!!!

The maintenance dept is very knowledgeable, professional and responds quickly to maintenance requests. The supervisor, Jarmaine, manages the dept well. The leasing office staff seem to listen and act on residents concerns in a timely manner. They are pleasant and professional.
