My opinion is that I see a lot of efforts being done on the exterior but what happens to the interior we still have over refrigeration from when this location was built oh stove old dishwashers so you want to impress somebody maybe you want to give them some new products because I got a refrigerator that I don't call in for replacement because they don't have any and they're going to give me an old one I want a brand new one never used before so I stay with what I got because to deal with the old one to get another old one for that I leave the old one there now you need to consider it you raising the rent very quickly but I don't see you making improvement inside the home by putting better appliances maybe you need to take them consideration and stop painting the rails in the hallway that don't need upgrading that's ridiculous you are spending the money now wisely foolishly and that's my opinion I have nowhere to go that's why I settles to stay here but if I had somewhere to go and I had the money to do so I will leave I will not recommend this place cuz you have done no improvement to make this home feel much better I'm dealing with all appliances not fair but you want to raise my rent right why I can't get the rent with the correct or brand new appliances maybe you need to take that into session you still got a few residents in the place but you do have a lot of empty apartments too so take that into consideration don't be money hungry because cigarette be compassionate and work with what you got because this place can go down real quick like Babel in the Bible

Over the years, the community has really gone down the new management team of the worst and I’ve been living there over 15 years. They don’t pressure wash and it spiderwebs everywhere outside is not a safe environment at all. They overcharge you for the rent for no apparent reason, only new management have came, very rude. Very disrespectful.

I reside here before. It's like coming back home.

I have lived here for almost 5years now and living here has gotten me through hardships,Covid,& the passing of my mom,as well as allowing my son to grow up in a safe community amongst friends.

Wasn’t even able to tour anything since I was told nothing was available . Not sure why I was allowed to schedule an tour if nothing was available

I never did tour. I received a text stating the apartment no longer available 🙃

I got there for an appointment and no one seen my name on the schedule . So I have to wait another week to come back.
