It was terrible I’m not sure if Dr. Song thought I was a drug seeker or what but to tell me there was absolutely nothing he could do or prescribe for the pain even after I said I didn’t want narcotics and telling me the ER wouldn’t do anything couldn’t even put any dental paste in the opening of the tooth to cover the nerve and not even writing a note for my place of employment to be off of work due to the pain I was experiencing is absolutely ridiculous. Also the dental assistant that shut the door after Dr. Song walked out and told me that the referral place will not call me as soon as Dr said very unprofessional tell your dentist that so he doesn’t give other patients experiencing the same issue false information!

Everyone was very friendly and the Doctor listened to my concerns. also the place was very clean.

The whole experience has been great so far… It was just an initial exam so not much to go on… both young ladies I interacted with we’re friendly and accommodating, particularly the receptionist at the front desk.

Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable, courteous , pleasant atmosphere. All questions asked were answered.
