I waited all day no tour guide ever showed up I sat in front of the office no one came by I called and called and called no one answered

I was very happy here. I enjoyed all of the tenants and will miss everyone.

Since you changed the system it is almost impossible to pay my rent. I have to go to the office every month and there is often no one there.

It is not a good thing to need to check out TV remote when difficult to locate Staff to check out remote . Please, remember tenants are not children but grown adults and should be treated as such. I was out of state when this new rule went in affect and I do not agree with it!! Also, TV is a perk along with exercise room that we do not have but is advertised. If you take away perks then you lose tenants and respect of tenants.
