It is not a good thing to need to check out TV remote when difficult to locate Staff to check out remote . Please, remember tenants are not children but grown adults and should be treated as such. I was out of state when this new rule went in affect and I do not agree with it!! Also, TV is a perk along with exercise room that we do not have but is advertised. If you take away perks then you lose tenants and respect of tenants.

Every thing is good

I am not yet ready for that type of living. The apartment and building were fine. I woman (Nadia?) Was wonderful.

The elevator repair went well and quickly in B but we have not received the money promised for staying. The Porter was wonderful and very helpful. We need more designated handicapped spaces near the doorways, front and back of both buildings. And several carts on the main floor of each lobby!

I wish the Apartment Complex provided the amenity of an exercise room. Also, I love my apartment but miss ceiling fans which would have been beneficial during the hot summer days . Management is friendly and efficient.

Staff member was very pleasant and helpful.

Several problems exist at this time management is overwhelmed , staff busy, lots pf problems all at once.

The person who gave the tour was so nice. She answered every question. She is very knowledgeable about the community.
