Better maintenance on pest control when I moved out there was so many roaches in my unit. It was also moisture in my unit because my daughter’s leather headboard was stuck to the floor ripping off the leather once we moved it. I had to get rid of our queen and king size mattresses luckily our box springs was in plastic.I found a place to live so storage was no longer needed
