Front axle seal was replaced. When I went to pick up vehicle drove down the road with a loud humming sound coming from front end. Returned to dealership for them to inform me that they damaged a wheel bearing while doing seal replacement. The wheel bearing was then replaced.Left and had to come back when they said they did a test drive of vehicle first time not sure how they would not have heard loud humming soundThe service advisor Jake is very friendly and does a great job with communicating with customers. The fact that I had a bad experience does not reflect on him.

The automated answering system I do not like. Like to speak with actual person. When speaking to an employee the communication was great.No amenities offered and no ride provided while car was being serviced.The cost of repairs were reasonable and timing was great. The automated system is to time consuming, I rather speak with a real person or agent. A ride should be provided if needed while car is in shop.The maintenance person was not available. The sales person checked me out and paid with cash and change was not available and no receipt was given. Was not able to ask questions about charges or work that was done.Service was fast and affordable.Was not there to return the car to me it was a sales person that didn't or couldn't give me any information about it.

Please see final comments This does not reflect a local dealership but brand in general.I have a 2022 outlander which has 60450 miles on it and you would not extend the warranty to cover my shaking recall of the hood, which is very disappointing. Consider I never received any type of warranty on this the hood rattles and shakes over 65 miles an hour and the service advisor could not get it through the warranty department, which is completely unacceptable and non-customer friendly considering the car was pre-on when I bought it from you and should’ve been checked out. I also question the quality of the car over 60,000 miles as a sensor in the right rear caliper went, which shouldn’t have taken place which affects the parking brake and cruise control. Switch stopped working all these should not be happening.Please see my last comments about the shaking of the hood, which you guys should’ve fixed regardless of the warranty be in 400 miles over. Also, the cruise control stopped working, and I had a problem with the right red caliper in the parking brake which should’ve not happened on this vehicle.
