Although my vehicle had very minor scratches the dealership was very good at taking care of the issue. They called the following day and my car was fixed within 24 hours.I appreciated the sales reps. I worked with both Erroll Hall and Richard Rosa. Both were very attentive and the customer service was superb. Erroll was very patient with me while I looked and figured out what I wanted. Richard was very informative about the vehicles and took care of us while we waited for financing. He offered additional information about the vehicle we were purchasing as well as offered us drinks and snacks while we waited. He also helped me set everything up in the new vehicle so I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. Thank you for making this car buying experience less stressful.Some vehicles did not show all the details.There was a good variety of cars at various price ranges. The sales reps were very helpful and I did not feel pressured for a sale.

Had my car home and I was getting emails that they are still working on my car???????I would never buy another vehicle from this group nor would I recommend to my worse enemy. It's like the keystone cops, no body seems to know what they are doing.after everything we went through and the extra time we had to spend there waiting for them to fix all their mistakes, they couldn't even offer a car wash. My husband asked and they said they couldn'tsee previousIf we are the rule and not the exception then I don't expect this branch to be open very long.

NothingIt just seems weird that my remote start worked prior to coming in for service and now, it does not. I did make a call and inquired about this and was told since I had it installed after market; they would not touch it. I had my vehicle in several times before to have it serviced after the remote start was put in with no issues.Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kept me informed on my vehicle's progress.

I work Monday -friday til 3pm and the service department doesn't take appointments after 3 pm This makes it hard for me to get my car serviced.
