In plus : miła obsługa i auto zastępcze ( ważne !) Szybki czas wykonania, łatwa płatność kartą ; in minus - merytorycznie słabi, mała wiedza nt akcesoriów i ich dostępność , w trakcie zakupu auta żadnego wytłumaczenia różnych opcji a można było to i owo zamówić czego już później nie dało się zamontować w salonie np. Ogrzewania postojowego , bardzo myląca i nieintuicyjnie sformułowana specyfikacja auta na etapie zamawiania kiedy na jednej stronie pisze jedno a na drugiej co innego skutkiem czego klient jest zupełnie skołowany i popełnia błędy oraz zero podejścia typu proszę dokupić albo zamówić to bo to się przyda a tamto niekoniecznie…

On the plus side: friendly service and a replacement car (important!), quick turnaround time, easy card payment; on the minus side: poor customer service, limited knowledge of accessories and their availability, no explanation of the various options during the car purchase process, even though you could order certain things that couldn't be installed at the dealership later, such as a parking heater. The car specifications are very confusing and unintuitive when ordering, with one page listing one thing and another listing another, leaving the customer completely confused and making mistakes. There's also no "please buy more" approach, or order this because it might be useful, but not necessarily that.
