You didn't fix my car the first time. I was without a car for 7 days because it wasn't fixed the first time. I feel like customer service and customer focus has evaporated since Jenna left.

Mike, Doug, Dan and Cole understood my frustration our 2024 Discovery was causing my wife. I explained to them that Plaza has done everything in their power to fix and help us with our issues. I believed it’s a Land Rover quality build issue. By helping us through out the year, it was an easy decision to stay with plaza LR and upgrade. They did all this with a fair price and added extras for our troubles. The new Range Rover sport is a proper SUV. And they have a customer for life.

After purchasing a pre-owned Range Rover Velar from Land Rover of St. Louis, a very prominent set of scratches and gouge were notice on the roof/rear spoiler. This was not seen during the purchasing process but instead just a couple of days after. I contacted the dealership who asked me to return my vehicle for their inspection. Upon review, they confirmed this was present prior to the purchase and were very willing to repair this damage and "make it right"! The dealership made arrangements with the Team who do such body repair, had me return the vehicle on a particular day, and then returned my Velar when the work had been completed. I was very excited and satisfied with the outstanding work that was done, the timeliness of the process, and the willingness of the dealership to take care of this repair. Thank you, than you!!
