As usual, Jason (service advisor) and Cole (service tech) took care of me promptly & professionally. Cole made the repair on my Defender the same day and had it back to me before closing time...on a Saturday. Jason hooked me up with a loaner vehicle - even though I did not have an official appointment - and everything went great. I joke that the customer service is what will make me buy another Defender, despite all the "Land Rover" problems (I prefer to call it new vehicle model beta testing) I've had over the 3+ years I've owned my Defender. Thanks for being awesome!
