We live in Texas and were very hesitant to buy out of state. However, the sale went so smooth. The communication back and forth was great! We found the perfect vehicle and couldn't be more happy with the the service and fast delivery. I absolutely love my car!

Cassie was extremely professional and knowledgeable every step of my experience at Jaguar. She took the time to explain what each additional service my car needed and the impact not doing it would have. I really appreciated the details she provided. Please note, I am awarding 5 stars to Plaza Motors almost entirely because of my service advisor, Connor, along with his service manager, Daniel. This purchase was made with much trepidation due to how Plaza Land Rover dealt with a warranty issue with the LR4 I was driving immediately prior to purchasing the Discovery Sport. Although Connor was commendable, there were many aspects of the warranty/service piece that were incredibly substandard, to the point that the day I found this new car to purchase, I actually was at the dealership intending simply to pick up the key to my LR4, pay a fee (that I felt was unfairly assessed), and never return as a Plaza Motors client. I was currently in the process of making arrangements to purchase a Range Rover Sport at a dealership in New Jersey. However, when I went to pick up my key, I requested a salesman to give me information on their current inventory, just in case they had something on the lot that would fit my needs. Doug did an excellent job of showing me the inventory and I found a Discovery Sport that I liked more than the car I was in the process of purchasing from New Jersey. That said, I am incredibly uneasy moving forward with Plaza Land Rover, and deeply hoping that I made the right decision. One other negative yet interesting thing to note is that the afternoon after I purchased the Discovery Sport, my husband, and I, independently, noticed a problem with the brakes/tires/alignment (I’m not sure which). Given that the car not only was purchased Certified Pre-owned, but that the service issue was present before I purchased the car, I think it’s more than reasonable to assume that Plaza Land Rover would fix the issue at no cost to me. It’s already an inconvenience to have to arrange to bring the car back and wait in line to use a loaner vehicle. Unfortunately, it also reinforces my hesitation in purchasing a vehicle from Plaza Motors, causing me to wonder what else might be wrong or need to be fixed that Plaza either missed or ignored. All I can hope for is that they deal with this satisfactorily. There most definitely will be a follow up to this review, hopefully a positive one and not a negative one. We’ll see…
