Very efficient check in. Greeted by name. Service provided while a waited. Nice clean waiting area with complimentary snacks and drinks. Great customer service. I highly recommend the service department.

All was fine. Sean did a fine job. There was a loaner arranged. I did have to make a second trip to pick up the vehicle. I am 2 hrs. away (another 4 hour round trip) (8 hrs. all together counting the first trip for an oil change) but that was the only negative. The service was just a standard oil change, tire rotation, and a recall check.

Low pressure high touch sales. Doug was professional and well informed. Louis came to the house to make sure all questions were answered and the technical aspects of the new car experience were set up correctly and understood.
