The staff and service technicians were excellent!

I came in for a windshield chip repair. I called the day before to set up the appointment, talked to a service attendant and was told the cost would be $50 total. When I arrived, I was told the cost would be "$80, or whatever it turns out to be." .... I would have been satisfied had I been told on the phone that the cost was $80... The cost turned out to be $62.50 - which, in the end, was great.
