The service team was knowledgable, friendly and very prompt. The service manager went out of his way to be sure I understood the details of what had been done and what the specific charges paid for. I recommend doing business with this team.

I hold Plaza to the utmost service, this is why I bring my vehicle there. I’ve always received great service at plaza. Nonetheless, the last time I bought my vehicke to plaza it made me feel that your team was in a rush to service my car. Sometimes rushing can make the customer feel as though the service is not as personable. Range Rover owners are discriminating individuals and they expect the service to commensurate. Although, I did not inflict an infraction upon your agency I did kind of take it personal. I have a consistent sevice record with Plaza in which I plan on using in some part when I trade my vehicle around The first of the year. In short the effort is more valuable than the actual task in hand.

Plaza Range Rover delivered on the encore delivery service. Wish they could deliver a car that was fully functional. We took the car home, first stop 100 miles away, sunshade was hanging on the passenger's head. So, we had to return the car, and the service dept was great. Too bad. We wasted 200 miles.
