I have never been to a dealership with better customer service. It was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Kris was a fantastic salesperson and took his time to explain everything to us. He went above and beyond for us.

The car seems to be running better and it has consistently started which is a plus. Unfortunately I have not heard any updates on the reimbursement of $1000+ for the rental car that was required while my vehicle was in the shop.

Was shocked to see I had to pay for service on my sport $600 for oil change seems ridiculous to me and anyone else I’m sure... Love the sport but think you should cover common maintenance on first couple of services I was quite surprised

Andrew was great. Very good experience. He was wonderful. Unfortunately, the first time I scheduled the appointment it was not on the books when I arrived. Plaza's mistake - they actually called me to book it b/c it was annual service time. I was very unimpressed by how the service agent (it wasn't Andrew) handled the issue (they offered to work me in sometime during the day, but no loaner and I would need to sit and wait). This all despite it being Plaza's mistake. I had rescheduled an important meeting already to drive 30 min in rush hour to drop it off (other dealer's will pick it up by the way), so I left and went directly to Autohaus. I'm close to buying the new 2020 that I wanted anyway. The SVR will get traded and I won't have to deal with these issues anymore. This was the third car I've bought at Plaza in last ~10 years (Audi, Lexus, Land Rover) and service was same all along. I wouldn't have bought the Range Rover there if another dealer in town. When spending over $100k on a car, I expect much better service. Andrew was awesome though. Appreciate his help trying to fix the situation.
