Every time I take my car in the service is unbelievable. I couldn't asked for anything better. When people come up to me and ask about my car the first thing I tell then on how good the service is and the people working there. Jenna my service rep is the best, I always ask for her as yes always keeps in informed how the car is progressing, tells me straight out what the issues are, knows so much about the car and if she doesn't she get ahold of the mechanic and get right back to my with in the hour. I could asked again for a better rep.

overall good, but the car was in service for over three days. Was expecting to pick it up washed, which it wasnt. just thought that was part of every service call's extras
