I waited for my car. Conner was very attentive and kept me informed about the progress. I was very pleased that 95% of the work could be performed on the spot, and only one small part had to be ordered. Plaza Jaguar is the only place where I have had my car serviced. It is more expensive than the neighborhood mechanic, but you pay for what you get.

Ellis was fantastic the entire transaction, even while trying to source a vehicle on the ground when tariffs went into effect. I orderd a vehicle but couldn’t take possession without price protection. Ellis and robert who delivered the vehicle were great!!!

I arrived early about 6:45a, so I had to wait a few minutes before doors were opened. However overall experience this time was good. I really appreciated being kept updated on the status of my vehicle throughout my service visit! Also showroom, was immaculate and really like the fresh coffee machine and phone charging station.

Warning light came on so I called & was told to bring car right in. Problem diagnosed, solutions proposed & accepted, parts ordered & car repaired. All steps were great!
