Shawn was absolutely amazing to work with. He took charge of a potentially bad situation and made it happen! He problem solved and got the work done and my car delivered back to me, on time! He listened, did what he said he was going to do, and was very professional. Keep him around. I will call him directly, the next time my car needs service. He’s a “10” for sure!!!
