I dropped off my car at 7:30 AM, nobody contacted me. This was for a routine tire repair for a puncture. I called back at 3:50 PM, they hadn’t started the car. I ended up picking it up at 5:50 PM. Somebody should’ve called me and let me know the ETA a few hours after I dropped the car off, eight hours is completely unreasonable.
