Not thrilled put 38k down for a vehicle drove it off the lot and engine was making a loud noise , key wasn’t working either battery in car is low or key battery is dead , tail light holding moisture ! All with 24 hours of driving off the lot had to bring it back. Not what I expected from a dealership with high end luxury cars

Bad experience with the service department. Never got a call to update me on what to expect for service. Dropped the car in the morning and I was told in two hours I would here from them. After more than 24 hours that I didn't get any calls/or able to reach the service department, I did reach out to sales people to help me get a call from service department to get an update on the car. Finally I was told to go pick it up and when I showed up I was told to wait 2 hours because they had to work on a recall. Nothing wrong with my car and yet it was there for two days. Very very disappointed.

It's been 2 weeks since i signed the papers and still don't have the car. I am being told it is RMV issue. No one is returning my calls
