Terrible experience from start to finish.

Over the time we have been living in the apartment complex, there has been 4 different companies managing the complex. So many issues have not been resolved such as the gate not closing, the pool not being open, or the trash piling up and causing bugs and rodents (which we lived right next to the dumpsters). Rent prices have consistently went up over the years with amenities only decreasing.

The tour was great

Tour guide could been a bit more informative. I toured one apartment but if there is anything extra to know, he did not mention it. I basically looked through the apartment myself.. he stayed by the front door mostly. Nice apartments overall.

Are we getting 2 pools?.

I love the layout of the apt however that was all I was shown. Not shown the amenities, not given any information. Your guide acted like it was a bother to show me.

Place was great, but I never received any packet or anything with a breakdown of charges

John was no the best manager. Feel he doesn’t want help.
