I’ve been living here since Aug of 2024. I’ve seen the comments about this apartment community being negatively reflected, because of the conditions.. I believe those comments might have been made before the current management team was in place. In may of this year, (2026) i submitted a repair request because my AC unit was not working. It went through channels and took about 3 weeks, before I had a response. Things don’t happen at light speed like everyone expects. But soon after that time my AC unit was REPLACEDNot repairing the same old unit. These units were built in the late 80’s early 90’s. They’re not brand new apartments. For the most part I believe that all have been renovated with new appliances and updated cabinets and countertops. I’m sure that like myself there have also been units updated with new AC and heat units. They didn’t just put in a new blower and compressor outside, they also put in a new unit inside the apartment so they did it right the first time. I don’t have any more problemsAnd i surely don’t have any negative comments forLandmark at Wynton Pointe apartment community. This is now Mid July, and I’ve been contacted by the office staff at least 3 times to make sure everything is working properly..and I’m still comfortable!! Being contacted once for follow up should be normal for management.. twice would be a great way to get feedback. Three times is exceptionalAnd shows me commitment from the people that they are genuinely concerned about the residents!!It’s not just about getting the rent payment.. they want to make sure you’re happy!

Maintenance says they will do things but never follow through (I’ve been promised a new bedroom door and no one ever came back or even notified me that I wasn’t getting one)… they started to paint the old door but never finished. The grounds are constantly littered with trash, there aren’t enough waste disposals on the property so people don’t pick up their poop. There’s still trash juice stains on the concrete in the breezeways from when we used to have trash service. It’s so disgusting when I come home I almost throw up, especially with the heat rising and the smells getting stronger.

The apartment we toured was quite nice. John Condit did a great job on the tour. The office staff was very friendly and the property was well kept.

I’ve been living here at Landmark at wynton pointeGoing on 2 yrs.. My apartment is comfortable.I don’t care where you live, there’s always going to be issues with something. That’s the reality of apartment living. Last year during the winter my heater went out. Was about 3 weeks before it was fixed..recently my AC unit went out. Also about 3 weeks until it was fixed. When I came home today after working a 16 hr shift I discovered that not only was it fixed, but there were new HVAC units in my apartment and on the outside of the building. So that means that the property didn’t put a “bandaid”On a gash!! They did the required “surgery” and closed the “wound”!!Those are the two biggest issues with any apartment.. heat and AC. These are not brand new units. They’re at least 40 yrs old. But the property management team has my utmost respect and admiration. I had about 4 other options to move into a different apartment complex besides Wynton Pointe apartments.. I now know I made the best decision in signing the lease with this apartment complex. It’s close to everything and issues are resolved with the best possible solution as soon as possible and practical!! 5 stars!!!!!!!

When we first moved here, the property was in a transitional period regarding management. Maintenance requests were neglected, move in paperwork wasn’t handled properly, many different issues. Now, Daniella, and her new team, have made every effort to improve the tenant experience and the overall community through great organization and genuine care for the property and its residents. I look forward to signing another lease with Landmark at Wynton Pointe. Thank you Daniella and team!

Managment is nice and answers questions quickly. The dumpster rules/ enforcing community guidelines about trash needs to be addressed in English and Spanish. Lots of trash still left beside dumpster and trash is never compacted….whats the point of having a trash compactor when no one uses it. I believe this is use to a communication issue where native Spanish speakers don’t understand the rules. A community email sent out in English and in Spanish would help remedy this issue.Overall I like the community. Great place to live
