Over the time we have been living in the apartment complex, there has been 4 different companies managing the complex. So many issues have not been resolved such as the gate not closing, the pool not being open, or the trash piling up and causing bugs and rodents (which we lived right next to the dumpsters). Rent prices have consistently went up over the years with amenities only decreasing.

Tour guide could been a bit more informative. I toured one apartment but if there is anything extra to know, he did not mention it. I basically looked through the apartment myself.. he stayed by the front door mostly. Nice apartments overall.

When I came in to do my tour, the agent told me that the apartments weren’t actually available until mid March through mid April. But the website in Zillow said mid February to mid March. I’m looking to move at the end of February so that was exceptionally frustrating and a waste of my time.

Almost every amenity promised since moving in has been taken away. Trash valet was raised in price just to be taken away a month later, the dog park has gaps in the fence where dogs can just escape, the tennis court is hardly maintained, both pools are closed one being closed since I moved in the other closing two weeks into moving in because of a glass bottle found in the trash, and the car wash hardly ever works. The single dumpster on the complex isn’t big enough so there’s constant overflow, and it’s not close enough to most people’s apartments for it to be a viable walk so you have to drive to it. The bug company doesn’t help at getting bugs out of your apartment, so there’s constant sightings of roaches, spiders, and centipedes. And the complex keeps adding ways to fine people for simple things like leaving trash bags outside of your door, which is necessary because of the overflowing trash compactor, and doing maintenance on your own car in a parking spot that you pay to be able to use. I got more out of a cheaper and smaller apartment 5 minutes from broadway than I do here.

Leasing office was unresponsive and i had to submit maintenance requests multiple times before they even came out.
