Between the cancelation of the valet trash and just multiple issues with getting macitence done in a timely manner, the conscience of living here is pretty low. Especially when there are other communities with lower prices, closer commutes, or better amenities available

Property manager held NO CONVERSATION! Didn’t talk about the property or what it offeres at all! Was quiet the entire time! Was shown 3 empty units and they ALL had infestation of roaches and wasp nest. Garbage was visible throughout the property.

More security and surveillance cameras would be nice. Also renovating the gym.
