It was sloppy snow and watery outside. We would have appreciated being able to step onto paper mats in the front floors.Sales numbers were incorrectly prepared, but later remedied. We have to return to the dealership to re-sign the lease agreement and odometer statement due to inaccuracies.

online didn't go thru to service center. thankfully I called the next day to be sure it went thru and was told they didn't have my appt and that the online link doesn't usually work. glad I checked. they were still able to make an appt just a little later same day.everyone very pleasant and professional,

I would had like to hear about the condition of my car when my service is complete. At other dealers, the service person would provide me with a print out of my car’s checkpoint: tire pressure, battery and fluid levels, etc. They would go over what my car was due for future service. I feel that is extremely important to be provided with. That was missing and was upsetting. I need to travel close to 2 hours to get to any service for my Mitsubishi. I have the choice of three dealers but the travel time is the same.Everyone at the dealer was wonderful and helpful to us, especially since my spouse has health needs. So it is extremely important that my car needs to be in the best shape.Very courteous.Easy to make appointment.
