I would had like to hear about the condition of my car when my service is complete. At other dealers, the service person would provide me with a print out of my car’s checkpoint: tire pressure, battery and fluid levels, etc. They would go over what my car was due for future service. I feel that is extremely important to be provided with. That was missing and was upsetting. I need to travel close to 2 hours to get to any service for my Mitsubishi. I have the choice of three dealers but the travel time is the same.Everyone at the dealer was wonderful and helpful to us, especially since my spouse has health needs. So it is extremely important that my car needs to be in the best shape.Very courteous.Easy to make appointment.

I wish Mitsubishi did their own financing. If they did we would have gladly went through Mitsubishi. The salesman was very polite and professional. He stayed after closing to get us in our new Outlander.

I am saying "yes" to these questions, based on Landmark Cadillac (where the car was serviced). I can't rate my satisfaction with Landmark Mitsubishi's facility, because I was not there.I called Landmark Mitsubishi to schedule service for my car. There was no answer on three different occasions (different days and times). On the fourth attempt, someone did answer, and forwarded my call to Cadillac (as there was no one in the Mitsubishi service department to take my call). On the date of service, I went to Mitsubishi, but the service door was locked. A sales associate came out and told me that Cadillac does the service for Mitsubishi, and to drive to the building next door. I have no complaints about the service received, but the scheduling process was very confusing. This should be explained by Mitsubishi at the time of purchase. Please see prior comment.
