It is apparent that this dealership has put some attention into customer relations. Between the first time I took my car there in 2019 (?) and now, there is a huge difference. Sean Sawyer was the “greeter” and was personable, intuitive and responsive. Maria Lucero was the service tech assigned to me. She was attentive, helpful, and VERY informative. I’ve never gotten such a complete packet of paperwork. She answered all my questions and walked me out to my car. A good experience today!

Wait was a little long but I was ok with it you guys got me right inWhat I didn’t like was you’re using a third party road side service which I needed and the operator was from a foreign country and very difficult to understand. He didn’t know Albuquerque nor did he know me and my relationship with Larry Miller. I know it’s pie in the sky these days but if you offered road side service in the greater Albuquerque area I could have got the jump I needed and maybe the battery replaced at the location where I broke down and I would have been in my way !!!But in the end I’m operational and the staff that helped me were great professional and really nice GOOD JOB
