Sean Sawyer checked me in and was great. I told him I was overdue because of not being able to come in because of babysitting a toddler. He pointed out that they do have a private “mother’s room, which I did not know about. I’ll remember that when scheduling my next appointment. Sean was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Sean!!I would like to add that I’d have given 5 stars but I think almost 3 hours for an oil change( I know that they also do an inspection but nothing else was done) when I had an appointment is far too long. From the beginning, I was treated with courtesy. I had not worked with Serenity Rougemont, before, but I will ask for her when I have to call again! She was very efficient, and knew her business. It just took a few minutes to reconnect my dash light, and she was happy to tell me that I owed nothing, because they didn’t take long to fix my dash lights, and I was delighted to be able to see what my speed was going back to my home in the Jemez mountains!

Though it took a little too long (5 hrs), the service was great and the personnel was very professional.
