Simple service took close to three hours. Service rep never contacted me to apprise me of the status. Not until I inquired did I receive my vehicle 30 minutes later.

I had narrowed my choice to Honda CRV hybrid or a Toyota Highlander- or RAV4 hybrid.I booked an appt w Joseph Chavez. Upon my request, he thoroughly showed and taught me about options, colors, trims, and my "fit" - 4Runner, Highlander, Tacoma, or RAV4. I decided I wanted a RAV4. We drove new and used models in stock, hybrid and gas. I decided to put money down for a new RAV4 XLE hybrid. To my pleasant surprise, you had just received one that was perfect for me. I test drove and purchased it. Mr. Chavez was patient and thorough during the process. First class experience. Frankly, I lucked out!
