Isaac is always a pleasure to worth with. He met me in the service drive as soon as I pulled up and was very attentive. He kept me informed throughout the process and I feel he advised me well.

Made a 7am appointment online for a transmission flush. After 3 hrs no one came to give me an update. I went to inquire. Veh had not been touched. Vehicle was still “cooling down” after 3 hrs. I was told I could have dropped the vehicle off the night before! Why wasn’t I told that when I made the appointment. I sat for a total of 4.4 HOURS! Manager Vigil blamed the new “service company!” Presumably in the 6 months the new service CO has been working for Toyota I have not been the only customer having their transmission flushed! Likely this problem has surfaced before several times in the last 6 months with other customers and CONTINUES TO EXIST! Poor manager is left to mouth platitudes at angry customers because - he apparently doesn’t have the wherewithal to fix the problem.I was flanked by two customers. The customer in my left says he routinely waits 2 hours for an oil change. He said he would be going elsewhere. Customer/ man and wife said they. Had waited slightly over 2 hours for their oil change despite an early appointment.Very poor customer communication. Manager blamed the front desk person for not offering me a ride home. Front desk ( Ryan Aragon) was extremely nice, genuine, personable. He saved the day. I had him call up the mechanic and tipped and thanked him for working on my car. He was also very pleasant. They both saved the day. I wouldn’t retirn had I just dealt with the manager.Bottom line: previous appointments have take 2 hours for a simple oil change. Poor customer communication creates unnecessary frustration. A simple computer program which automatically alerts the customer service agent that this service needs a longer service time and the customer should be advised to drop off the vehicle the night before; uet 6 months has gone by and the problem whiz is now a continuous issue, has not been rectified!

Great except service person didn't inform me service was done; I was waiting in person and texted, got no answer , finally went to check and car had been done over 40 min.
